  3. We leverage traditional job boards as well as our exclusive – and extensive – network of top performers to find initial candidates.
  4. We filter through the resumes for you to identify qualified targets.
  5. Our behavioral organizational & development psychologists conduct in-depth phone interviews to narrow down the number of targets.
  6. We connect the identified “survivors” with you for a structured culture interview to determine overall fit.
  7. Our team puts the candidates through a science-based behavioral assessment to see how they are hardwired in their role-specific behaviors.
  8. Our experts conduct a final 1:1 behavioral interview.
  9. We present you with the “unicorn” for final sign-off along with any additional recommendations our psychologist have.
